Customer Care (Guest Relations Officer)

The Role

 

  • To monitor customer flow and manage wait time in line to various customer profile and their expectations
  • To maintain and analyse customer segment database for offering value added services & loyalty programs 
  • To facilitate and manage customer serve time by effectively managing customer flow 
  • To identify and suggest areas for improvements in customer service standards to improve customer loyalty
  • To facilitate training, monitor and provide feedback on customer service standards adherence by other care team members
  • To develop, facilitate and train technical/data backup solutions to customers & other care team members most effectively 
  • To handle customer escalations timely & effectively ensuring customer retention and loyalty
  • To maintain, monitor and follow up on the Turnaround Time for repairs to keep up to customer commitments 
  • To handle customers in a professional way as per the standards set to ensure that every interaction with the customer is a quality experience for the customer
  • To preserve, handle and transport customer property under controlled and specified conditions to ensure that there is no damage or loss of customer property
  • To ensure that the KPI’s are understood and met on a timely manner
  • To attend and secure a good score in all internal trainings conducted
  • To minimize all job card errors and discrepancies which will assure clarity and parity in external customer information that are being communicated to the internal customers
  • To endure and attend to all subscribed and proposed trainings which ensure personal and competency improvement

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree Electronics 
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Customer Service/Hospitality Industry.
  • Fluency in English & Arabic.
  • Good communication skill written & oral.
  • Good command in Computer Operating System & supporting applications.
