Excutive Secretary

SCOPE

 She is responsible to carry out all procedures effectively and timely. Maintain an updated database of all clients and contacts, retain their information and facilitate communication with them.

 Handle all administration normal tasks 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Female
  • B.A degree
  • Direct or indirect experience in administration minimum 5 years
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Superior computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Age 35-50 years old

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure the availability of all documents required to complete all required tasks process timely.
  • Effectively and timely coordinate with the clients.
  • Manage all meeting , e-mails , faxes & all other correspondence required by the department and Manager
  • Examines incoming correspondence and responds effectively report formal responses to the sales director.
  • Manage phone calls to the office and respond to inquiries effectively.
  • Schedule appointments for the  Manager if need and remind him/her of these
  • appointments timely .
  • Establish and maintain an effective filing system and maintain administration paperwork.
